Shipping policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days* after receipt of payment and are shipped via various New Zealand courier services - including NZ Post, Aramex, Castle Parcels & Post Haste to deliver our products here at Haly Design.

Shipping costs include packaging to protect your precious items. All items are sent by Courier with a Tracking number but not require any signature upon delivery unless otherwise added by you (in the order)

We also offer free NZ wide shipping for orders with 2 or more candles.

* Orders are usually processed and packed within 1 working week of receiving your payment, but we will email you if we cannot do this. Some items such as Custom orders will have a longer dispatch time, please refer to the product information for more details.

For International orders, please email us via haly.design@gmail.com for a quote. (International orders are shipped at the customers' own risk as they are shipped by airmail)

*We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address
