Kids' wardrobes are a never-ending cycle. You want to sell their outgrown gear but who has the time for photos, listing and messaging? 

Let us handle the boring admin and shipping while you sit back and cash in. Ready to turn that clutter into cash? Let's do this!

Below is everything you need to prepare and send your items to us!

To help us process your items quickly, please prepare 8+ pieces that match our criteria. It pays to include a few extra items just in case, as we need at least 8 accepted items to proceed with your drop-off.

Our Clothing Criteria

We look for high-quality and well-made pieces that are designed to last.

  • Brands We Love: Quality, designer and premium preloved labels.

  • Brands We Do Not Accept: Due to high volume, we cannot accept fast-fashion brands (such as Kmart, Postie or The Warehouse) or school uniforms.

  • Condition: Items must be in excellent or great condition. We cannot accept clothing with signs of wear, such as fading, stains, rips or shrinkage.

Drop-Off Checklist

Before packing, please ensure all items are:

  • Freshly washed, fully dry and odour-free

  • Free of any stains

  • Checked for secure snaps, buttons and working zips

  • Folded neatly

What Happens to Unaccepted Items?

Because of the high volume of clothing we review, we select only the best quality and cannot provide individual feedback on why certain items weren't chosen. Please don't be offended if we pass on a piece!

Any items that don't meet our criteria will be carefully packaged up for you to either:

  1. Donate: Passed along to a local charity.

  2. Return: Collected by you (local pickup) or shipped back.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your items, we will select and price them. We’ll get in touch - usually within 10-12 working days to discuss your payout. We will also send you a link to your personal collection page so you can easily track what has sold!

Payout Options

  • Sell on Behalf (50% Commission): You receive 50% of the final sale price. Payouts are processed and sent out every Monday

  • Store Credit (+ Gift Voucher): Receive your payout as an electronic gift voucher emailed directly to you within 2-5 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you determine the clothing prices?

Pricing is based on the brand, style and condition of your items. For an idea of how we price, feel free to browse the current collections on our website.

How long are my items listed for, and will they be discounted?

Items are generally listed for a total of 8 weeks:

  • Weeks 1-6: Listed at full price.

  • Weeks 7-8: Discounted by 30%

Note: You also have the option to extend your listing for an additional 1-2 weeks at 50% off. This can be easily arranged via email!

What happens if my items don't sell after 8 weeks?

At the end of your 8-week listing window, you will receive an email reminder. You can choose to have your unsold items safely returned to you, or we can handle donating and repurposing them for charity.

Can I withdraw an item if I change my mind?

You can cancel your consignment at any time. However, to cover administration and listing costs, a cancellation fee of $1 per item applies to any pieces already processed for the website (whether they are live yet or not). This fee will be deducted from your payout or invoiced separately, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
